Accessibility Guide
Assisted Listening Devices
BBVA Compass Stadium is equipped with assisted listening devices for guests with hearing impairment. Receivers are available for all events at Guest Services across from Section 118. Receivers are provided free of charge, with a valid form of identification.
Accessible Drop Off and Pick Up
Accessible drop off and pick up is located on the 900 block of Hutchins Street at Walker Street.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is located in the south portion of Astros Lot C. Parking in Lot C is available for pre-purchase for Houston Dynamo matches and is available for other events on an event-by-event basis. Accessible parking is also available in independently owned and operated surface lots.
Closed Captioning
BBVA Compass Stadium is equipped with handheld closed captioning devices. The handheld devices are available for all events at Guest Services across from Section 118. Devices are provided free of charge, with a valid form of identification.
Accessible Seating
Accessible reserved seating can be found through out BBVA Compass Stadium. Tickets may be purchased via all ticket outlets. Please contact the Ticket Office at 713-547-3000 for more information.
Elevators
BBVA Compass Stadium is equipped with elevators. One is in the southeast corner of the stadium across from Section 133. This elevator is for use of guests with field seating tickets who have accessible needs. The second elevator is located in the West Club Lobby on the west side of the stadium across from Section 106. The West Club Lobby elevator is accessible to suite ticket holders, club ticket holders and guests with accessible needs.
PAV Device
The PAV is a multi-purpose, Internet-based communications marvel that provides standard payphone, videophone, keyboard and camera in one robust, vandalism-resistant package. The PAV allows everyone, including deaf, hard of hearing and speech-disabled people, to make phone calls. Whats more, the PAV serves as a communications center, allowing you to visually display important information to effectively communicate with deaf and hard of hearing customers. The PAV device is located inside the Guest Services area and in available to the public during all events. This service is offered free of charge to patrons and can be found at Guest Services, which is located across from across from Section 118.
Public Transportation
Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County offers accessibility on its busses. METRO can provide para-transit service through METROLift for those who cannot ride one of its fixed routes. To schedule a ride with METROLift, please contact METRO at 713-225-6716.
