International Soccer Returns This Spring! Eleven-time Liga MX champions Chivas de Guadalajara will take on the 2012 Clausura champions Club Santos Laguna in a match at BBVA Compass Stadium, an AEG Facilities venue, on Friday, March 27 at 8 p.m.
This will be the first time Houston Dynamo designated player Erick “Cubo” Torres will hit the Houston pitch with Mexican club Guadalajara, who are fighting to secure their spot in Liga MX with the threat of relegation. Santos is looking for a repeat victory over Guadalajara after pulling a 1-0 win in their recent match up.
With Mexico’s favorite teams fighting head-to-head, fans will have the opportunity to witness the best of international soccer. Will Guadalajara’s passionate playing dominate former victor Santos?
