BBVA Compass Stadium to Hold Job Fair Wednesday, June 24

Stadium Looking to Hire 50 Candidates for Variety of Part-Time, Seasonal Positions

BBVA Compass Stadium, home of the Houston Dynamo, Houston Dash, and Texas Southern University college football, will host a Job Fair on Wednesday, June 24th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the stadium.  The stadium is looking to hire approximately 150 people across all open positions.

Part-time, seasonal staff is needed for a variety of departments including: Team Store sales representatives, Box Office sales staff, and Guest Services Representatives, along with part-time opportunities available with Stadium partners 5 STAR Event Services, which includes level 2 security officers and Levy Restaurants featuring positions for concessions, cashiers, vendors and more.

Potential candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends and holiday hours/shifts, must be able to stand for long periods of time and withstand various weather conditions such as rain and warm temperatures.  Bilingual candidates are encouraged.  BBVA Compass Stadium part-time staff has the opportunity to work public, ticketed events as well as private events throughout the year.

On-site interviews will be conducted by the respective department’s hiring managers; applicants are required to dress professionally and bring a current resume and valid I.D.  Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent certificate in order to apply.
